We’re passionate about two things: great tasting Italian food and making the world a more climate kind place. To this end we source our ingredients from local suppliers to the maximum extent possible. This should be common sense. It allows us to get the freshest possible ingredients from people we trust to use sustainable and regenerative farming, foraging and fishing practices. And because the distance from field (or sea) to fork is minimal so is the carbon footprint of our food.
